What we use

Essential cookies (always on)

These cookies are required for the Service to function. We do not ask for consent because the Service cannot deliver what you asked for without them.

• sb-*-auth-token — Supabase session cookie. Keeps you signed in. HTTP-only, secure, SameSite=Lax. Duration: up to the Supabase session lifetime (rolling).
• recruitin-cookie-consent-v1(localStorage) — records your cookie choices so we don't re-prompt every visit.
• sidebar:state — remembers whether the dashboard sidebar was open. Local UI preference.

Analytics cookies (consent required)

Loaded only after you accept analytics in the consent banner. Decline at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

• Google Analytics 4 — usage analytics. Cookies: _ga, _ga_*. We enable IP anonymization. Duration: up to 2 years.
• PostHog — product analytics and feature flags. Cookie / localStorage: ph_*. We use the identified-only profile mode. Duration: up to 1 year.
• Microsoft Clarity — session replay for product UX research. Cookies: _clck, _clsk,CLID, MR, SM. Duration: up to 1 year.

Marketing cookies

We do not currently use any marketing or advertising cookies. If this changes we will add them here and re-prompt for consent before they are placed.

How to control your choices

Use the "Cookie settings" link in our footer to change your choice at any time. You can also clear cookies via your browser settings, but doing so will sign you out and reset your stored preferences.

Updates

When we add or change cookies materially we bump the version string at the top of this page and re-prompt for consent on your next visit.
