About the blog

How often is the RecruitIn blog updated?

We publish new playbooks, product notes, and field reports on a regular cadence — typically one to two posts per month. Subscribe via RSS at /blog/feed.xml or follow RecruitIn on LinkedIn to be notified when new posts go up.

What is an AI applicant tracking system (AI ATS)?

An AI ATS is a hiring tool that automatically scores, ranks, and explains each applicant in addition to the standard pipeline, scheduling, and collaboration features of a traditional ATS. RecruitIn uses Anthropic's Claude to produce a 1–10 rating, a verdict, and reasoning for every candidate.

Who writes the RecruitIn blog?

The blog is written by the RecruitIn team — product, engineering, and talent leads — plus the occasional guest contributor. Every post lists the author and their background, and you can browse all posts by an author at /blog/authors.

Can I reuse RecruitIn blog content in my own work?

Yes, with attribution. You're welcome to quote and cite RecruitIn posts in your own articles, decks, and talks. Please link back to the source URL and credit the author. For full republishing requests, email hello@recruitin.app.

Where can I find updates on the RecruitIn product itself?

Major product announcements appear under the Product category at /blog/category/product. Smaller incremental changes are posted to changelog updates announced via LinkedIn and X.
